Refund Policy

Customized Plans Section

If you have made the payment for any product under customized plans section and your order is still “under processing” when we received your refund request then your will get 100% refund.

If you have made the payment for any product under customized plans section and your order is completed (if you can access the custom product you purchased under customized plans section, this means your order is completed) when we received your refund request then you are not eligible for refund.

Subscription Section

No refund will be provided on payments made under this section.
